hi moms.. my son 6years 8 months old.. he got fever for the past 2 days..consult the doctor yesterday.. he gave paracetamol syrup.. still continuing that medicine 3 times a day.. but fever starts in the evening continued till midnight.. then morning he will be active...again the same process.. tomorrow will go for blood test.. till that how to reduce the fever or any antibiotic I should start or can continue with calpol
