At this age.,, doctors generally check up respiratory system first,  then eyes and ears.  moreover gripping,  reflexes, sucking,  point out basic checkup are done.

Heart rate...CRT...skull...cvs..respiratiry system...tones and reflexes...abdomen...or genital organs One of my friend delivered baby boy 4days back n her baby went through these examination apart from ear n eye.... thats enough Neha. at 2 months doctor will just check if she can see and hear. none of the other skills develop by this age.
