Hi mums, my baby is a preemie (34w), now he's 7 weeks. Till last week he was on breast milk n formula n would wake up 2 hours after each feed. It's been 6 days since I stopped formula, he wakes up in hunger every 1 hour. Is it normal? Worried that he isn't getting enough at every feed n that's why he's waking up in 1 hour.

are you burping baby properly? pls give tummy time on your own chest or tummy. wake baby up if baby is drinking less milk and falling asleep while feeding.
