hi my 3 months baby's tongue I started cleaning from tongue cleaner but after some time I found his getting rashes. .ulcer like so I stopped it. could anyone correctly guide me to clean baby's tongue , if with cloth what is sterilization process.. m concerned about his oral health

omg how can u use the tongue cleaner for such a small baby it's not at all good for baby..just use your finger to clean the tongue whir babys bath

If you are not giving any food from outside and only breast milk then tongue cleaning not needed. You can use a sterilised moist cloth to gently wipe the tongue if you feel the need to do the same. It is normal to see a white coating on the tongue for breast fed babies.
