hi my babies skin is becoming very dry n she is having some red spots on her face....cn any one tell me the reason n some remedies...

my baby has the same problem..dry is can have various reasons such as climatic condition or dust or sometimes it is inherited..my dr suggested to use dove soap and cetaphill body lotion..avoid using powder..massage ur baby with coconut oil..also for the red spot show to dr he wil prescribe mild steroid cream and it wil go away...my dr prescribed emusone ointment for my lil one and the red spot went away..take care
