Hi.  My baby boy head is always hot and now,  he has a little fever(100) and his head heat is making me panic.  It doesn't seems he has cold,  no running nose just fever.  He is taking food and milk as usual and the urination is also normal. I am still a bit worried. Please help me with your suggestions.
