Hi. my baby boy is 4 months n 3 weeks old. I'm using cloth nappy which is pure cotton. My mil told me not to use nappy unless  until he is put to lie on floor and he will get rashes due to nappy. is it safe to keep baby's genitals uncovered. I'm worried. pls help me
