Periods have nothing to do with breast milk. You will be tired and will have body aches..that's it. Daily feed baby. More you feed , more will be produced. Also drink water before and after feeding. Don't take tension and sleep whenever possible. Eat leafy vegetables, and balanced food.

periods doesn't leads to stopping breast milk.. may b you are feeding your baby less now a days.. feed often.. the more you feed the more milk is produced..
