Hi my baby girl is 1 month old and she is on combine feeding. Initially due to C section milk formation was less and there was decrease in her sodium level so i had to give her top feed. Now the milk formation is better compared to initial month however I am not very sure if its sufficient and baby gets satisfied and if i should reduce top feed. Because of initial month when her sodium level was decreased, that fear is in my mind that if i dont top feed her she may get dehydrated and there will be weight loss. hence i am giving her top feed. the proportion for both bf and top milk is 50-50. Please advise.

Also, whenever she is sleepy she doesnt latch properly. I keep waking her up but she doesnt.  and i top feed her that time. however after nap when she is up and hungry she latches well and bf her.

I am also pumping milk once in a day. Sometimes the quantity is very good and sometimes its very minimal which discourages me and i still feel that milk formation is less and i should continue both top feed and bf. Also sometimes one side has more production than other. please advise.
