Always keep your baby hairs and scalp clean. After hair wash apply hairoil in baby hairs and then massage well. Take coconut oil and the moms co baby natural hair oil together in equal proportions. Then massage well on baby scalp and hair oil. Oiling is the only way to remove dryness from scalp.

Nothing needs to be done about the facial pimples. It's normal and will settle. Wash babies hair a few times to help wash out the dandruff. If it persists check with the doctor for which shampoo or wash to use.
