Breast feeding should ideally be continued till one year of age. Do not allow your baby to fall asleep while feeding. Place him down awake. He will learn soon how to self sleep. At times for a day or so during periods due to hormonal changes you may experience a change in your breast feeding but that is normal and your body will learn to adapt.
