When babies won't get enough sleep , if they are crying a lot, not having food properly..you can see dark circles. Too much sudden strain / activities also may be the reason. If baby gets enough sleep...things will be fine. But you check once with your Paediatrician

with babies not much knowledge though but maybe be lack of either v-d3 or iron however please check with pediatrician
