That is due to the ferrous taste in iron syrup.. dont worry.. next time just dilute it with water or else mix with any kind of citrus fruit juice and give.. lemon or orange juice.. this helps in absorption of ferrous as well..

My baby have hemoglobin on lower side, doc have given her minmin syrub that is to be given half an hour before food...she vomits after 10mins of taking syrup..anything to worry???
