Hi, my baby is 2 and half month old. I have noticed clear water coming when he passed gas . yesterday. It's not happening every time but has happened three times in two days when I noticed it. It's clear water, it's not sticky has no colour. Baby is active but not taking feeds as he used to earlier. Please help what is this water like discharge.
