Its allergy of some baby product my baby also got from cetaphil lotion..don't use any baby cream and lotion just apply coconut oil until allergy will go ..if u want to use lotion then go for sebamed

these appear to be milk spots. try cleaning baby's face after every feed. one pointer, if they indeed are milk spots, they ll keep coming and going. how I checked was: after feed I would wipe entire face except a small patch and if spots appear only on that area than it confirmed the theory

it is allergy frm baby products my daughter also got allergy frm gonson baby products so I started olive oil fr massage n daffy soap fr bath suggestd by dr. n also use himalya baby products
