Hi my baby is 4 wks n plus days... He passes 5-6 yellow liquidish poops in a day, when he passes he farts always n sometime poops has liquid small bubbles also, is it air gas in form bubbles? Wenever he pees that time also there is lil spotting of poop on his nappy... Is it all normal??

As per Advised by our expert Sonali Shivlani (Parenting) -
A baby who is only on breast milk will pass yellow liquid stools with granular consistency which may appear like air bubbles. Passing poop multiple times a day is normal and also if baby appears comfortable not passing poop for up to 10 days of baby is exclusively breast fed is also normal.
