You do not need to stop. As per Indian laws you are allowed two breaks at work to express breast milk. this you can then store and bring home for the baby for the next day. If this does not seem possible for you you can still express and throw away the milk. Don't express too much just to keep yourself comfortable. Wear breast pads for the leakage. don't stop dear for at least a yr ya u can decrease the frequency you can store it as u have to start her weaning food
