r the rashes on her diaper area too? pls show a pediatrician as to wht they could be. if its a severe diaper rash it needs proper treatment. make sure shes feeding well. im not sure body heat is a factor fr a 6 month old child. r u dressing her in 100% cotton? hope ur not over heating with clothes n blankets

Hi Bhuvana please consult your doctor as your baby is very small it's very painful and I don't think the rashes are bcz of body heat...may be diaper or may the place is covered and not getting fresh air or may be something else....as of now don't use diaper keep the place clean n. dry and keep it open if possible....use baby rash cream 3 to 4 times...feed her enough.Do visit your doctor ASAP.
