1 month old is really small. Please give diaper free time and also use Mothersparsh water based wipes for the same.

Do not keep diaper on for long hours. Apply a diaper rash cream every time you change the diaper. Check often as if urine or feces stays in contact with baby's skin for long it can cause rash. Apply a little coconut oil on the rash. If it does not reduce in 24 hours it is best to show the doctor.
