there are certain reflexes babies are born with, one of which is the moros reflex or the startle reflex. it usually goes away in a few months time as the neurological system matures. i think its written as moros reflex -present

ya... thats wht i saw in google... babies spread out their arm... anyways thats normal reflex for babies
