hi ..my baby is sneezing and have a runny nose since yesterday..can I give her Paracetamol drops to her.
n give alex drops..3 drops each 3 times a day...as suggested byy pediat

please avoid the medicine.. rather you can use saline drops...

No. Paracetamol is for fever. you can use nasoclear drops. one drop each in both nasal.
