Hi. My baby will be completing 10 months on this 27th. Last Saturday he had his 9th month vaccine .i.e. measles.. since then he is crancky always.. Doc said he might get fever or rashes in next 8-10 days... And his appetite for food might get reduce..Also he doesn't seat at one place when i feed him.. He is also not gaining his weight as he should..  I am worried..What will be the solution...? please help
