Hi, My GTT report was not normal after breakfasting after fasting it was 100mg/dl GTT 1 was 190.35mg/dl and GTT 2 was 139.56mg/dl . Doctor advised to follow GTT diet and asked to test after 15 days now the readings are given below in the picture. Although I am visiting doc again please guide what are possible consequences and what I can do to come to normal range and what doc can probably advice me.
