Hi my LO has just turned 5 months old.....she turns on both sides and also from the tummy to the back and vice versa; ... however whenever I read child milestones..... it says for 5 months of age the child has to sit.... just wanted to know whether babies achieve their milestones by themselves or we as parents have to help them.... coz some videos on YouTube say help baby to sit.... juz wondering whether v should help or they do it by themselves.
