My niece hit me on my lower abdomen with an orange. I'm 31 weeks pregnant. I went for NST scan today and everything was normal. But I feel my abdomen is little tight where I got hit. I'm worried if I had injured my baby. Please let me know if my baby would be alright. I also have little pain in the place where I was hit.

Orange has made muscle pain..baby will be fine..

Hi the pain is because of soreness. If the test was normal dont worry. The abdomen and uterine wall are moderate shock absorbers and the amniotic fluid is a good shock absorber
