hi my second month started of pregnancy i wanted to know about my diet food which is good for baby abd i dont get sleep in the night i feel slpy in d morning what should i do

eat healthy. balanced diet. include fruits make sure they are ripe and washed. include four soaked almonds. coconut water and one walnut in your normal diet. walk alreast ,30mins a day and also do pelvic exercises. enjoy your pregnancy
