Hi, my son is 10 months old and is allergic to cow's milk and even allergic to powder milk. Since I got back my periods in the 1st month after delivery, my breast milk quantity reduced which was already reduced due to family stress. Now my son keeps craving for milk and I can't fulfill his needs. Can someone suggest is it still possible to fill my breasts with lots of milk like a newly nursing mom..?

Thanks amrita for this article. Even surfed a lot on cmpa when my son was 5 months old. But when I discussed the same with my pediatrician he turned me wrong saying feed your milk. There isn't such problem. It was only confirmed when I visited my cousins pediatrician in Mumbai who suggested me to try soy milk. But am very scared to experiment with my son as the situation becomes very terrible with rashes all over the body with continuous itching

I had heard of any milk but may have some side effects so didn't try. Almonds and oats milk hearing for the first time. Would be grateful if you can share a link where I can buy these from as our local medical stores get surprised to hear such products
