Breastfeed him,baby at this age does'nt need any medicine to recover,you can give him steam but not directly,and have some ajwain, roast it and tie in malmal cloth as potli let it beside him. <br> But if you are not satisfied meet doc once.<br> But breastfeeding is magic potion for cold and cough.

Steaming is helpful, also u can just roast carom seeds n make a cloth potali n just apply that potali on baby chest and also make him smell it. This helps to ease congestion.

Consult with ur doc....as baby is only 1.5 mnths <u>old</u>
