Hi my son is 4yrs old.frim 15th of Feb he was down with fever and that was viral fever .after 5days the fever was gone .But after that from Thursday he started caughing and cold is also there and still he is caughing and suddenly from today itself he started vomiting. I am very worried.i don't know what is happening
