My weight was 42kg before pregnancy and I was 68kg by 9th month. after delivery now I m 59kg. My height is 5'5. I don't want to loose more weight but to reduce my tummy. Please advice.Its 3 months now to my delivery but I still have a bulging belly. feeling depressed..

Hi anon, this post might help you. You can use the same advice and start with daily walks as I have suggested. If you have had c section you can start with abdominal exercises, yoga, swimming after 6 months. Otherwise you can start gradually after the 4th month. Tc!
