hi, need a suggestion, did anyone went through piles treatment during breastfeeding, i m suffering from.piles, nt sure wheather i can take medicines or not.., is ayurveda medicines we can take during breastfeeding. pls help..
hi, even i suffered frm it. take medicine only if it is very severe. do changes in ur diet, have lots of water, buttermilk, amla juice, bananas, soft diet and mostly fluid.

If you want to avoid medicine then start taking lots of liquids and fibre rich food.
