hii , don't worry these are common things in kidz, due to phlegm accumulation that sounds come, for his u can do one thing , take 2,tbl sp sarso oil heat it n add ajvain1 tea sp n 10 -12 garlic n make it burn n then make itcool then keep it in a bottle ,apply this oil after bath or at bed time . it will helpful in many ways.

buy a steam which is usually used in the parlor and use the small nosel to steam by putting your baby on lap and nozel towards him.
