hi pichhle do month me mera jara bhi weight nhi badha .. kya ye normal h.. dr bolti h khoob protine khao pr mujhe daal pasand nhi h aur mai working lady hu. raat me bahot thak jati hu islye kchh bna bhi ni pati apne hisab se ..cook ka bna hua khana padta h. aap log pls mujhe suggest kro ki mai easy way me kaise protein le saku jise bnane me bhi km time lage aur mai kha bhi pau.

I have personally ate sprouts and raw paneer daily to increase weight. mother's horlicks also helped , check with gynaecologist

if u are working and dont feel like making food... then have 2 threptin biscuits in morning and 2 in evening. these buiscuits would fullfill the need of daily protein. my doctor has given me these buiscuits.

Grind soaked dal and add masalas. You can make dosa like chillas with this.. and can add shredded veggies or paneer... this is a good alternative to having <u>dal</u>
