Hi Dr. Rashi. Can you provide a diet plan with portions and timings accordingly. I have been increasing in weight. But tested normal in thyroid. I also had gestational diabetes 3 years ago during pregnancy. I am doing moderate exercise suryanamaskaar 20 times a day and am bit active. Also is coffee/ tea first thing in morning good habit?

Hey Ganga, for your elder kid you should include more of milk, curd, paneer as proteins are low in the diet and proteins are extremely important for growth. instead of rasam encourage them to have dal or thick sambhar. rasam is very thin and the amount of dal is low too.
For your younger baby, please increase the frequency of breastfeeding.
For both of us dinner should be wholesome. Just upma or dosa is not sufficient enough for dinner.
