Take bath two times a day wear cotton clothes and say to your Dr for tablets and cream to get relief from it.

I used Himalaya anti rash cream. Even my doctor suggested that.

Try applying haldi with coconut oil and wash it off with luke warm water after 5 min along with soap. Do it a couple of days while taking bath. Apply moisturiser and massage the area on the damp skin immediately after bath.

Use linical <u>lotion</u>

Cut down your salt and oil intake.<br> Dont have spicy food.<br> And consult your doc.
