Eat all the home made foods, drink plenty of water. If you are a non vegetarian then include eggs, chicken, fish etc in your diet.

To get back on track after delivery, good diet, ample rest and also being stress free helps..you can hire a massage lady for few days..it really makes a difference..just find a good one by enquiring around you..also start having something every few hours..things like a Panjiri with nuts..ladoos made from cereals can help but take just one with milk..take wholesome diet including rice, roti, veggies, milk, curd etc..
