This is Naveen Kottakota , i have ordered product worth of Rs.599/- amount was deducted from my account but didn't generated order id and didnt get any confirmation from;your Baby Chakra team. on that day onwards i am following with your team on whats app, they are not responding properly and not giving proper response is this way your Baby Chakra giving services to customers, 10days is not sufficient for your team; to give proper confirmation. Here I am attaching my reference id , within 7 days if your Baby Chakra team will not respond I will take my legal action because Your team doing Fraudulent in the same manner with multiple customers.
