Hi <br> Have more fluids and more protein in ur diet<br> Keep iron, calcium and vitamin d3 capsule also<br> Soak legs on lukewarm water before going to bed<br> U can use back support pillow helps to reduce back pain<br> Mild pain is normal in pregnancy so please don't take tension<br> Tc dear

Hi<br> Mild pain is normal if unbearable please inform your doctor. Also soak your legs in warm salt water to feel better and drink lot of water. Though it's common during pregnancy, if too much you must inform your doctor. Have a back support pillow and sit. Give cold and warm water compress gently on the back. TC.
