If you have ever blowed air in balloon... u will remember that... our stomach will go up and down... like that u will feel... expansion and again I feel normal... This feeling will start when you are near to delivery. u can actually feel from inside the up and down movement of tummy area. This contractions will appear every hour...then every 10 mins..then every minute. Along with this whenever I feel expansion...u feel severe pain...restlessness.. breathless Ness. The pain will start increasing so much that... u can't sleep, u can't sit, u can't talk... just feel like screaming... The movement the baby is ready to be out.... A huge push of muscles towards outside... as if baby is pushing the walls and wanted to come out...

On and off pain which comes at regular intervals, gradually increases in intensity n time gap between the pains will shorten.. this is true labor pain.
Pain may start in lower abdomen or may from lower back to abdomen.
