Ghee in a small quantity once you start using solids.<br> nuts are best avoided for one year.<br> Some doctors are of the opinion that almonds are safe to give in a powdered form post six months.<br> Other dry fruits like raisins etc can be slowly added along with fruits to the diet. You have to give in moderation as they are sweet and we don't want baby to develop a totally sweet tooth.

dry fruits after 1 year only and ghee u can add with khichdi and&nbsp; all when u start solid food but only very little..

Hi Bhuvana, I started giving almonds in a puree form to my little one once she completed an year. Ghee can be given in a little amount once you start giving solids to the baby. Though keep a check on the quantity please. Rest please check with your pead. before starting anything new. Follow three day rule for each dry fruit to check for any allergies. Hope it helped :D
