One breast at a time...And second the next time.

My gynecologist and my daughter s paed asked me to feed 1 breast at a time, next breast in next feeding session. This is how I have been maintaining my supply and never had engorged breast, my mom used to say I should offer both breast but my daughter never took 2 breast at a time.

Feeding from both alternating so that nodules are not formed and it won't pain..also will be more comfortable as pressure will be distributed while sitting also.m

Feeding from both.. that way you won’t feel pain in any side

Feed from one on a session and next session,; take the next.; That's best.
