u must always take calcium and iron at intervals.. for example if u r having calcium n iron tabs then dnt have them together coz it calcium subdues the effect of iron. u can definitely have the dates syrup and the milk however avoid having it together.. more like a half an hour gap

I would prefer to prepare ur own health mix at home and feed the baby, u can easily get a recipe from ur mother or mother in law or other elders. for me packed items are a total no.no for my baby

they contradict each other. milk is calcium and dates are iron. so u wont get either of the nutrition.
