No it is just a myth.U can use it,u can also use himalaya baby massage oil,coconut oil,badam oil

Babies skin is sensitive... Before using any oil check once is it suits baby or not

No ..it's good during winters..you should not go out in sun after massage ..just that...you can take bath after massage ..then it's fine .
