Hie. does anyone know about the hiralbol tablets which are to be consumed post delivery ? I know that it has to be consumed after delivery for 40 days. But I forgot to take and this is my second month going on. I delivered twins on 9th Oct. it has already been 40 days after delivery. can anyone tell me that can I take this tablets now? or it is of no use
