hie.. i m 12 weeks pregnent.. can somebody plzzzz tell me a gud nd healthy diet schedule... coz i hv no schedule of eating sleeping.. etc.

Eat healthy foods and aim for small meals. Avoid junk foods and foods which are processed. And it is always best to have a customised plan as we have a few short months during pregnancy for the development of the baby.

i'll share my diet plan with u. morning tea ... dalia or poha in breakfast.... sprouts and fruits after breakfast .... normal green veg and roti in lunch with raita or lassi.... in evening i have milk or milkshake.... then dinner with a dal sabji and roti ....
