Hie... my baby is few days old. He is passing stool with urine many times in a day due to which he got rashes near his anal. I dnt know what to apply. Doctor gave some lotion but no improvement.
That's how they pass potty, it's normal. Are you using diapers? If yes you need to change potty nappy immediately.

Dnt worry keep the area clean and dry. To keep him dry dnt use any cloth as it will enhance the rashes. Use wipes like mamaearth bamboo based wipes. If you are using diapers then avoid them for few days. Apply mamaearth diaper rashfree cream there 2-3 times a day. It will reduce the redness and itching and very much effective on rashes. Its all products are natural and non toxic. I also uses them for my dd.

Keep the area dry...don't use diaper now...if lotion does work ask doc again...what about diaper rash cream...<br>
My doc suggested to wash with betadine solution 2 times and gave ointment to apply there
