From yesterday i am feeling really weak.. and was even about to faint but controlled it anyhow. Today morning i felt the same. Not feeling well to eat anything.
I hope there is no type of complications ?
I am on iron calcium FA supplements.

Till then you must take good amount of fluids and rest as much as possible.
