hii all momies..my baby is 3 weeks old and on bf..he is getting small and red pimples on his face..i use himalaya baby massage oil n coconut oil..what must be the reason n what shuld be done ?
these may be breast milk pimples. wipe the face after every feed. also just to be sure that it's not any kind of allergies, put some breast milk on a designated spot n watch.

afterwards use only coconut oil if needed. same situation happen with my baby
