Yes mam i do feel d movements consistently..in a same pattern everyday...At night i get up with some kind of pain in my abdomen...I think i need to consult a doc..

can you feel the baby movement? the heaviness can be because of the position your baby is lying. If you still can feel the movement, I don't think you have anything to worry about. But do consult your doctor if you still feel somthing really wrong. it's all about your natural instinct, don't suppress.
