Tkcr of your posture when you work from home. Usually we tend to ignore this as we want to be relaxed and hence turning into prob of joint/muscle pain etx. Also keep tking breaks even if it is 10mins every hour. Keep your essentials around-like water, some chocolates ,eatables etx also keep your lappy away from you. People who go out for work have additional headache of travelling etx which causes more stress physically. As you are working from home you have 1 less physically draining activity in your list.
Keep cushions handy too and use them as needed. You'll do fine.

Hi
Please keep ur laptop away from you meaning don't keep it directly on ur lap, radiations affect very seriously. But keep on a desk n work. Drink fluids, stretch often, walk for some time, take lil more breaks.
